Lipsett, MD, MHPE, FACS, FCCM, Professor of Surgery, ACCM and Nursing, Program Director, General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care, Co-Director of the Surgical and Weinberg ICU, The Johns Hopkins Hospital, President, Society of Critical Care Medicine. Her lecture title was "What Can we Learn from 360 Evaluations of Surgery Residents?".
